It's a well-written book, it kept me entertained and I enjoyed reading it. However, it was very cheesy for me, and I found the ending to be really predictable, which is why I'm giving it three stars. It's what you'd expect from a high-school murder drama :)
I finished this on one of the first new years days and i really liked it i enjoyed the sorta twist and (even though they pointed it out) the cliches were a bit cheesy i think the author handled them well. Anyway good book would recommend

a good book, i will say i clocked the whodunit pretty immediately BUT i've also been on a mystery kick with like post its for theories, tabs for evidence, and everything so i will say this is like my 5th mystery in a row and i feel i've sorta developed a little red flag alert for characters in my brain

I really liked this book! I did not see the end coming. Even with all the thrillers I've read, I was confused the entire time. There were so many side characters in this book that I thought all could have been possible suspects. I kinda considered the actual answer a possibility as I was reading but brushed it off since I thought it didn't make sense but turns out it was much more complex than I thought.
I also love a good found family trope! I'm glad that these characters found some light in the darkness and that they were able to become more true to themselves.

che bello, forse non un esempio della 'letteratura', ma davvero travolgente e anche a tratti inaspettato. ci sono molti clichè della generazione americana durante gli anni di high school, ma altrettanti vengono ribaltati e superati. è un giallo giovane, leggero ma che ti porta a pensare come i personaggi, a cercare di capire chi di loro possa essere un assassino, e ben presto ci si rende conto che nessuno lo può essere stato. Se da una parte il lettore ha questa consapevolezza, dall'altra risulta quasi impossibile trovare un reale colpevole, come in ogni giallo che si rispetti, fino al momento in cui, verso la fine, finalmente ci si arriva, prima o con i personaggi. non è un libro rivoluzionario o memorabile, ma lo definirei innovativo e caldamente piacevole. anche l'inglese è molto semplice, sicuramente molto colloquiale e poco letterario, ma credo che per una storia del genere non potesse essere altro che così! bella scoperta!

Nice little cliche high school murder drama. Interesting characters but a bit over the top in the storyline at times, some things were just impossible or not realistic enough. Still, quite enjoyable.
