letto in inglese.

Nice little cliche high school murder drama. Interesting characters but a bit over the top in the storyline at times, some things were just impossible or not realistic enough. Still, quite enjoyable.

This novel reminded me of a Netflix series that I would likely spend an entire weekend binge-watching. It was an engaging and quick read with a few twists and turns I didn't see coming.
First Read: July 2018
This book was so good!! The characters, the plot, the relationships, everything was so well done!
The mystery in this book was amazing and I spent the whole time theorising and wanting to reach the end to find out the truth.
While I loved the plot of this book, the characters were definitely the best part. At first, four perspectives in first person was a nightmare as I kept forgetting who I was reading about but I actually really enjoyed each of the character’s sections so it didn’t annoy me. The development they go through in this book, especially Addy, is amazing and was a pleasure to read.
And of course, THE SHIP. I loved them together and I’m so happy everything worked out in the end!
Second Read: January 2020
I loved this just as much as I did the first time! It’s one of my favourites, and the characters mean a lot to me. Karen McManus is a genius and I would read anything she writes!I’m so excited for One of Us is Next, I can’t even contain it.

I really loved this book, the characters and secrets were interesting.
The only thing that annoyed/disappointed me was the ending, it was a worthy read though.
