I planned on DNF'ing this book after about 85 pages, then I somehow picked it up again and finished it. The story did get a lot more interesting after the first 100 pages or so. I'm not sure what to think of the ending, but I have to admit it surprised me (though it feels kind of predictable?). Overall, I enjoyed it, but I didn't love it.
