Man. This was a brilliant issue of Captain Marvel! I actually read this on release day, and while I was completely freaking out about everything in it, I forgot to post my update sooner. Woops.
Captain Marvel #7 wraps up Captain Marvel's tie in issue with the War of the Realms. And it was brilliant! There were funny moments, intense moments, and a moment of pure satisfaction as Carol does what she does best - and gets acknowledged by Doctor Strange for it. It was amazing.
The final page did a great job of setting up for a new Captain Marvel plot. I wasn't expecting it, but it makes sense - and is a sign of great storytelling, if you ask me. And holy cow. For a wordless setup, it was freaking intense. I wish the next issue was out next week, because I NEED to know what's happening here!

Again, a really good tie-in. Artist definitely had some fun with the body swap, cool (if not expected) ending.
Now, where it's going looks exactly like another plotline with oh no Carol pushes herself too hard and gets sick.
