Good, but the ambitious plot often gets further than the amount of issues allows it to develop.

I enjoyed the second volume of Vagrant Queen! There were multiple threads and a new villain in town, and Visaggio did a good job of weaving them together and guiding us through the story without nearly as much exposition as the first volume. And whenever a time element is added into a story, there's also a massive risk of confusing your audience... Visaggio did a good job of keeping it streamlined and simple, which I appreciated.
Still love the art and colours - very, very aesthetically pleasing!
Also minor cliffhanger at the end... I don't know if we'll have another volume but I want more of this world's backstory...
