Feel the same as I felt about the rest of the stories. Good, but definitely starting to show their age. The stereotypes (Italians with their tempers, women with their faint hearts and illogical ways) get to be a little much by the end. But I enjoyed the stories especially the one where the man thought his wife was a vampire. Not sure why I liked that one so much, but I found it the most interesting of the bunch. Maybe because it actually was who you least expect!

Finished this last book Sir Conan Doyle wrote on Mr. Sherlock Holmes. I might have mentioned this at the beginning of this project (reading all of his Doyle’s original Holmes stories), I’ve wanted to read this entire connection since I was a little kid. Mission accomplished. These mysteries and adventures were a great escape growing up.

This was not my favorite. Doyle had tried to end writing Sherlock Holmes twice before, but due to public demand, he continued. It seems as Doy's heart was not in this collection.
