I liked everything about this book. A bit predictable but runs like an ep of star trek. The audiobook was very immersive and played like a movie in my mind.

Definitely a fun, easy read. A speculatuce fiction set during the pandemic about huge monsters, human greed and resilience.

Un romanzo leggero, divertente e avvincente in pieno stile Scalzi. Forse un filo troppo leggero. Adattissimo a una serie Tv che spero realizzeranno.

Pretty fun and quick, it’s a great one to just turn the world off and get lost for a little bit. The snarky conversations were funny but a bit much sometimes, it’s literally the whole book, but it was fine once you’ve sunk into it. However, if I read the line “I lift things” one more time, I might have thrown the book.
P.s. if you enjoy a good author’s note, his is worth reading
