The dialogue for this book was a bit cheesy and predictable but it had good principles

Really helpful in understanding how to manage different people in different situations.

The style was nauseating, but underneath there's some solid advice.

A very good follow up to The One-Minute Manager. I'm still not sure I am a fan of the allegory-type book in business/leadership, but in the case of the One-Minute Manager series, it works very well. I am a fan of Ken Blanchard, although I know there is not much statistical data to back up many of his assertions. They just feel intuitively right and they make sense!

I highly recommend these books if you are interested in management and leadership and becoming better at either.

Not my favorite style of writing and a pretty basic idea of leadership. It was OK. I think I would've preferred the writing style in the New version, though the concepts are still incredibly simple.
