Nothing like a good superhero book. And that she's a speedster makes it all the better. Superspeed is the best superpower, after all.

One of the better
This is a keeper! The prose flow easy, the characters are likable and feels natural. The plot are pretty standard without any embellishments but do its work. And the author is ruthless, this is actually the only real complaint, I have. The story and theme are so easy going that the deaths becomes ... trivial in some strange way. There is a disjunction here that bothers me.
Also the worldbuilding is a bit vague and seems pretty superhero vanilla, but it usually is in the start of a series.
