This book follows Nova, who is NOT interested in love at the moment, and Charlie, a sweet golden retriever-energy MMC who is head over heels for Nova and, at his mushy core, just wants to be someone's priority and first choice. Charlie decides to stick around in town to help while Stella and Luka (from book 1) are on their honeymoon, and wants to try to woo Nova while he's around.
This book was exactly the type of thing I was looking for. A fun, light, easy read in my happy place series. I am sad that this is the last book, but I am endlessly happy B.K. Borison blessed us with not only 4 books, but 4 books that correspond with the season - sounds like a reason to re-read during the seasons tied to each book!

4.5 stars, almost as good as Mixed Signals (I just have a soft spot for Layla and Caleb) but I do also have a new soft spot for Charlie. I love this town and all the love it produces. Such a wonderful book to round out this series!

For my first ever B.K Borison book, this was a delight. This has me giggling, squealing and rolling my eyes cause Nova and Charlie are being so annoyingly cute. This was so fun!!
