I really enjoyed this book and the audio worked so well. I loved the use of different actors for the different characters. The story was good and I really hope it gets picked up for a tv series with these actors playing the parts.

Entertaining if far fetched. 

I guessed one of the twists very early on, and felt the others became clear quite a while before they were revealed. I'm not clear why

Sarah decided to not press charges against her husband, and why the police weren't on hand to take care of Helen/Terri after the whole airport thing

Wow. Very fast paced. I didn't want put it down.  The short chapters alternating between different characters and viewpoints help the pace.
A tense thriller. Set in a Geneva drug research facility. 
Sarah has a Nobel Prize and is persuaded to attend the launch of a new medical treatment to endorse it. 
But she is just diagnosed with Alzheimer's and would such an endorsement be ethical? Wierd things happen and it quickly becomes obvious things,  and people, are not all as they appear.
