I had a hard time connecting with the characters. At the beginning, I wasn’t sure I really liked either Ari or Josh. But over the course of the book their characters really develop and progress. I think maybe you are not supposed to like them at first. By the end, I was fully on board and had all the googlie eyes.

You, Again is one of the messiest second chance/friends to lovers romances I've ever read - in the best way. Ari and Josh are the epitome of idiots in love and their flaws only make me like them more. Ari is an emotionally unavailable bisexual who would rather bottle up her problems than ask for help and Josh is a hopeless romantic who's never satisfied and shoots for the sun in like... the Icarus kinda way. Crash and burn. Repeatedly. Still, their banter was god tier and I was never bored while these two stumbled across a 10-year span of time into each other's orbits and hearts.
