Okay this is definitely my fave of the series so far because I love friends to lovers! This was great because they were the best friends who clearly had feelings but they were the only ones who didn't (or wouldn't allow themselves to) know it. There was actually a little reveal that had me gasp when I figured it out at about 50% through and it sucked at 60% that I was proven right the way it happens. Again, I'd say read the content warnings but I'm not sure it's all there? Car accident causing death and loss of family members for one MC. But anyways, I loved how quickly he figured it out and started pursuing her, the dynamic was great. And again: a well written kid who has to go through a lot. Okay time for the last brother and I already know there's kids in that one too.

I wanted to enjoy this more than I did. I’ve liked some other stories by Corinne but this one not so much. It hasn’t intrigued me to read the other Arrowood brother novels.

This book was annoying. I hated the back and forth

Very easy read bc best friends to lovers is one of my favorite tropes! Even though I saw the first twist a mile away, I did not see the the bigger twist coming and 100% did not expect the amount of tears I would shed reading this book! So fair warning!
