As was already said, it took away from the comic that characters sometimes looked nothing like their television counterparts, and certain stories were just filler and went nowhere.

Just like volume 1 the only reason this volume gets this high rating is because it’s Stargate Atlantis, otherwise it would have gotten a 1 star at most.

Again the art does not represent the characters well at all, you really have to guess who is who.

Again the dialogue doesn’t sound like the characters at all, or it’s the most caricatured version of them. The dialogue also doesn’t flow very well, just like the plot. Often times I feel like I’ve skipped a page because nothing makes sense.

The climax was also wrapped up super quickly without any explanation again.

Things aren’t exactly following canon either.
SPOILERS AHEAD:

- Elizabeth?????? What the???? Her being reactivated doesn’t make sense. They didn’t go and collect her frozen replicator body, so how would she have the memories she has?!
- If I’m not mistaken it looked like her and Janus ascended????? It’s canon that replicators can’t ascend. And I know she said she learnt a lot out there in space but cmon. And how did she get Janus to ascend as well???
- there are still Wraith?!?!? I thought Todd was the last one left?????
NOTHING MAKES SENSE!
