This is a captivating read for fans of epic fantasy adventures, coming-of-age stories, and electrifying quests, who will be swept away by the tale of an ordinary hero's journey into a magical world of wonder, danger, and self-discovery.

the first 50% was so good and i actually was so interested in it. but after that it dropped off and i'm not going to lie, i dnf'ed it after the fights and after he got out of being captured.
so i'm just rating the book up until that part, so i'd rate it a 4 stars

DID NOT FINISH: 55%

I tried my best to get through this book, but couldn't. The first half of the book is great, but its very slow paced after that and lost my interest. King is one of my favorite authors, but this book was not for me.
