Time is the water, Charlie. Life is just the bridge it flows under.
I am not finishing this book. I really cannot be bothered to continue reading this anymore.
It took Fairy Tail about 1/3 of the book to actually progress with the story and those one third were honestly just boring and made this book easy to put down, while making me dread to pick this up again.
Life's too short, I have too many books on my tbr and I don't need a 600 page book that I have to force myself through. I even skimmed trough every remaining chapter to see what I would've missed by dropping this read and by doing that I now know that I don't really miss anything by doing this.

Maybe 3 stars for the story: it was just a nice and simple fairy tale. Fortunately for me, I do like fairy tales. But 4 stars because I absolutely loved the relationships Charlie had with his father, Mr. Bowditch and especially with Radar. That made me so often think of the German Shepards I grew up with myself. ❤️❤️

Great book, one of my all time favorite Stephen King reads. Character development is amazing, I loved the main and rooted for him throughout, The tale grips you from the very beginning.
