wow wow wow. what a fantastic book. i laughed, i cried, i smiled, i felt every emotion possible. while this story was definitely the most complex of the series and at points felt like i bit off more than i could chew, it was wonderfully done and i loved every second of it.

i didn’t love
how she wrapped up bullet’s storyline
and while i understand that it had to happen that way, i wish it could’ve been different. i also cried when
dare was going to sacrifice his mom to save bullet, but then hades was like “lol jk” so what was the point of that???

quite a few loose ends at the end, regarding mercy, faith and
her lack of voice
, and parenthood for the group. after making such a stink about grace going on birth control,
i was fully expecting for her to be pregnant in one of the epilogues. i know they have quinn now but that feels incomplete.

tl;dr fantastic series, 10/10 read, will likely become a comfort read for me.

Kind of a departure from the rest of the series, plot gets really convoluted and meandering.

This was honestly the best way to end this series. I loved the push and pull between the character’s morals and the general sacrifices they made to be together again. My only wish is that I would have been able to read all the books in succession instead of waiting for the releases because it made the storyline slightly choppy and harder to keep track of but the writing was amazing and the action, adventure and character development were *chefs kiss*…. Really wish more of the books I read this year were like this.
