WTH? Please let there be another book. This is by far to me the worst version of the apocalypse.

I enjoyed part 2 just as much as part 1

I gave it three stars because it was fun. Like the first one, it wasn't very well written at all. But I think that was probably to use language that everyone, even those new to reading, can understand. It was a fast paced, quick read with an interesting premise. Did I love it? Naw. Did I like it? Yes.

I thought it was weird though (and this may just be my position as a woman) that Oz kept going on and on about how much he loved and missed his wife, but then would look at Sarah and constantly go "man, she's so hot."
Calm down, buddy. Eyes front.

I really like Zoo - fascinating premise- so was interested in reading this short, action- packed followup. Although it has many plot holes, Zoo 2 is exciting. Author makes sure we know that although the women are brilliant scientists, they are "hot." Blech. The writing leaves a lot to be desired.

Maybe because it was a novella and not a full length novel I was 100% here for it! Where there were scenes that could have been fully described there was just a brief summery and I found that Ii enjoyed that. I think that was the defining difference for me between the first one and this one. I liked the faster pace.

The take on zombies was an interesting development but not one I'd hold agasint Patterson since a cure was found within the same book. The continued mutation was surprising and also not (in a good way). I can't wait to read the next installment and am hopping that it contains a solution to the madness!

nice page turner to pass the time in a hospital waiting room. liked it about as much as the previous novel.

Ugh, didn't really like the first one, but of course had to know what happens next. This one was even worse. But, the ending was just terrifying enough to be good. Fairly predictable once you get into it, but that last line was insane.
