- grita. - A Fallon merece melhor que tu, e NANTUCKET TAMBÉM!

I dont know how i feel about this book. I was expctnign to be better i think. Dont get me wrong i loved it, but also not....😬. I loved everything aboit it, even some of the more painful stuff and their scars and all that. But the plot twist kinda runded it for me. However i loved the beging of the book, and a lot of other parts. I escpically love all the refrences to book reading and romnace books. I love how fun and qurcky they are in the beging of the book. NAd the pepole how show up👀.

I can rapp my head around the fact that ben was the one that stareded the fiere, and i have probly read another book/story where the guy has done something similar to that I have been like who cares or waht ever, and in away i kinda want to justify his action by the fact that he was only acting the pain he was feeling, but it just put me at uneasy in this plot. I kinda whished thai there was soemthing diffrnet in the polt, becuse i think that what Ben did kinda runed the book for me. And even after i read it i still wanted them to end up togheter even if i felt like it was wrong, and i have the feeling that they didnt end up satying togeher. I wanted them to, but i just cant decide, i feel weierd about this whole thing. I thnk i was expctning something driffrent and got disspaoted from what i got. <spolier>

This story follows Fallon and Ben over the course of five November 9ths. Fallon is a beautiful young woman who was an up-and-coming teen actress before a devastating fire left her with very prominent scars, particularly on her face. She has always had a strained relationship with her father, but the fire really sealed the coffin on their relationship. Ben is an aspiring writer who is looking for a book idea that will finally inspire him. Ben overhears Fallon and her father at a restaurant and steps in to deflect the negative comments being thrown at Fallon. Fallon is hours away from leaving LA to move to NYC and is not in the place to meet someone that will change her life, but she does. Fallon and Ben decide to meet up every November 9th for the next five years, with no other contact in between, and Ben can use their story to write a novel.
This book tackles a lot of important issues, and is very dark and possibly triggering for some, so check content warnings! I loved seeing the impact that Fallon and Ben had on each other despite their limited time actually interacting. You can really leave an impact on someone that alters the entire trajectory of their life in a simple moment. I loved seeing Fallon and Ben come into their own and becoming the best versions of themselves so that they could be the best together. They met when they were 18, and they both still had a lot to learn and grow from.
Colleen Hoover just writes the books I want to read, and I love it!

Horrifying and toxic!  The worst male love interest I think I have ever read. I seriously cannot believe this was written by a woman!! There’s just no way 😭😭

I am... Viscerally upset that Hoover set up such a fantastic twist villain and then opted to redeem him so she could have a traditional romance. No, girl! Tell me he's been stalking her for years, tell me everything was done deliberately in an attempt to get a good story, make all the cheesiness mean something, this could've been such a good thriller I'm weeping.
