One of my absolute favorite volumes in The Walking Dead. It was a bit more epic in the tv show but nonetheless showed the true strength in unity. None of the characters will ever be the same after the showdown at the end of the volume, even Gabriel!

4 stars. This was crazy. Whew. Rick is fucking ruthless but I ain’t mad at him. He did what was necessary to save Carl and everyone else but damn. Harsh. This one was so action packed by there were a lot of great character moments in this as well. Particularly from Abraham and Morgan. I knew with the way that the previous couple of volumes have been very slow going that shit was going to ultimately hit the fan and it definitely did here. I’m looking forward to seeing what the aftermath is going to be.
