This book was great for me after not reading much for a while because many of the essays are relatively short. Helped me feel accomplished! I picked it up after reading a substack interview with the author. I thought it would be more heavily about leaving a marriage, but really that's just a small component of it, and I think the broader theme is just leaving anything: a place, a job, a relationship. I have no qualms about it but gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it's not necessarily a book I would reread. But the essays I did think were really well crafted and I would recommend the book to others.
