Finally got to this book. Read the rest of the series first and in order but skipped this book as the description just didn't pull me. It was a very good edition to the series. Yes, the heroine does a few stupid things as a police officer that wants to be promoted but she also shows her intelligence by putting the puzzle pieces together. Of all the books this had more of a tame story than the others and the sex was passed over after the initial scenes but I thought that made it flow better for the back story.

The 2nd, co-mate, doesn't show up until 1/2 through the book and in this one, the two are not close and comfy friends, far from it. Also Savannah is a part of a big family; in all the other books the heroines have no close friends and no family, so it is easy for the men to take them away. I think that in the end Savanna shows her strength and intelligence. The men with Fallon genes add a twist to the Fallon and Bor-Narga story. I hope that Ms Strong writes the stories for the women of Bor-Narga but it looks as though she has stopped the series, so we can only imagine.

Very good erotica with a decent story the whole way through.
