Very cute. Kind of sad I didn't read it sooner, because I can imagine how excited I would have been about the additional material in this edition if I had read it on initial release and then had to wait for it. Also, it's refreshing to have a graphic novel with romantic leads in their 60s.

I don't think I've ever read a graphic novel before, but wanting to take in as much LGBTQ content as possible, I picked this one up. I'm so happy I did. I'm so impressed by the authors' abilities to get the audience so invested in these characters in such a short period of time. I felt that their stories were thoroughly fleshed out. It was so beautiful to follow these characters throughout their lives.
I read this in half an hour during a bus journey, I couldn’t get enough of it!! Graphic novels make you feels things, magical things and I am so in love with that feeling!

2.5? idk i rly wanted to like this book i have literally been looking forward to reading it for like 4-5 years since it very first came out. i just really wish it was more set in history. i found the…. sci fi? element of like vr/holograms kinda weird and random. liked a lot of the bonus stories more then the actual book. the full color art was very pretty tho! and this is a sweet and meaningful story! i dont wanna diminish that! i just think the project was probably rushed a little given its circumstances and maybe didnt get the time it deserved to flesh out details of the plot, history, and surrounding characters. tldr not the historical romance i was hoping for but still cute
I liked the bonus behind the scene stories more than the main one.
Cute romance that shows that no age is too old to start living the way you want to. Some things I didn't love, like the overall pacing, the husband's story, and I don't know that I need the sequel that was being set up at the end of this edition, but overall it focused well on the romance and the characters are sassy and fun.
