Agatha Christie never disappoints me when my heart and brain crave for some thrilling mystery. This one was jaw dropping too. I mean, how does she do that out of sheer averageness? Twisting the plot in such a way you never believed that's what you expected.

This always happens, I, all through her stories, keep my own speculations handy about the culprit and those speculations never go right in the end. This is how she does it. Brilliant. There will always be dots to join in front of you. But, to be able to join them right is not what Agatha Christie's work represent.
mysterious medium-paced

Admito que hubo partes donde me tenía muy intrigada pero el final me pareció muy cursi para Agatha Christie. Ya más o menos adiviné al culpable.

Agatha Christie is one of those rare authors I feel like I've both read a lot from but still very little by the sheer amount of books written. It was a great reminder why I love her stories and I need to start picking up more novels.

This was a fun one, a bit repetitive but a good plot. It’s still really funny when Agatha Christie books end with two of the characters irrelevantly getting married out of nowhere in the last 2 lines of the book.

A good, pacy Agatha Christie novel, within the traditional closed setting. Interesting plot with a limited cast of characters, most of whom are suspects. The ending is a little disappointing.
