I love when a world is expanded. Rowling has devised a spectcular world on her own, and it's refreshing to see even this 50 page book help widen it.
I don't know what Mike Schubert (of Potterless ilk) is saying. Quidditch is bomb af and this adventure through its fictional and whimsical beginnings is a delight to read again years later.
This was a very short read. I enjoyed learning more about Quidditch and learning the back story, but there wasn't much to it outside the feel of a textbook. I feel this is the weakest of the three "Hogwarts Library."
an interesting read. I think I may want to give the other Library books a try too.
This was a really fun addition to the HP series, and a must-read for any fan. Really short, only 100 pages, and very interesting.
It was nice to return to the Wizarding World and explore the history of the most important and interesting sport of all - Quidditch. I've never been keen on sports, but quidditch is different.
The book is cute and charming. I can't say I expected a fantastic, gripping read -- but it's great for those devastated to return to the world J. K. created and want to escape from ~them filthy muggles~.
Still, I don't enjoy sports and I'm not a big fan of history, so there's no way I can give this 5/5 stars. 3.5 is, I think, enough.
