A little outdated (it was written over a decade ago), but really helpful at explaining the physiological cause of symptomology as well as the interconnected functioning of hormones (in particular cortisol), elecrolytes, and stress.

While I fortunately do not have this condition, it was, none the less, a very interesting read. Highly recommendable to those who do suffer from this.

Very informative, helpful, and easy to understand. Perhaps it could have used further editing in some places, but overall, I'm very glad for such an in-depth guide to keep coming back to.

Essential for anyone suffering or suspecting they suffer from adrenal fatigue. Super helpful tips and guidance. This is definitely an epidemic in our modern world - chronic stress leading to burnt out adrenals - and it's awesome to know someone is making strides in addressing this issue. Must read for those who are suffering or think they are.

For me, it was an absolutely crucial read. I took several months to read and process it, and have referred back to it numerous times.

I didn't see that there were "20 FREE BOOKS BONUS"! and I'm not going to read the rest of them! The additional books have absolutely no connection to Adrenal Fatigue and should not have been a part of the book. Maybe if they had left it as what I was going for it would have had a better rating!

I've even forgotten what I read about the actual problem...
