This series is going to be so good, I can feel it. I'm already hooked! Hak is....so good. I am excited to see character growth for Yona. I love knowing that this is a longer series that I can really sink my teeth into. The art is phenomenal. I love seeing all of the kingdoms and the landscapes. Beautiful artwork. I cannot wait to read the next volume as soon as possible! I'm so glad they are reprinting these!

So far, most of this is just a recap for me, since I’ve watched the anime. I don’t think any part of this story will be new to me until volume 6 or 7. I really like the art style, and that scene where Yona cuts off her hair is amazing! This is a little more violent than I remember the anime being… I might just be remembering wrong. My mind tends to forget how violent things are sometimes.

Content wise, this has violent fights, some innuendos, and some swearing. It’s rated T, so basically PG-13/TV14. It's no worse than most avengers movies.
