Holy heavens. Oh my Zade Meadows. This book is so dark, and heartbreaking, but also perfect at the same time. Definitely a slow burn (if you could call it that).. the reunion does not happen on page two.. just a warning. But so worth the pain. The ending *chefs kiss*

It took me a while to get through just because of life but once I picked the book up again, I didn’t want to stop. Very dark, sexy, morally confusing a bit. Great book!

This was a difficult read in the sense that some parts were very triggering for me. I had to take a break more than once. I can say that the character and plot development was great and I really enjoyed the relationships between all the characters.

This was my very first "dark romance", and I am ADDICTED 🥵 This series was full of rightful trigger warnings and very heavy subject matter, but that did not slow me down as I could not put them down!! The spicy scenes were very evenly spaced and absolutely wild, I definitely felt like I had a reading-hangover after completion.
