This was a cute book much like the first one. I enjoyed the characters. The outcome is definitely not predictable which I loved!
I really loved this second instalment to a great series. The white impersonating Miss Peregrine was a crazy twist, I love when I can’t predict the twist but something is off and everything suddenly makes sense when it’s revealed. Excellent adventure and engaging throughout. Loved knowing more about the world of this series!

The first book was ok but this one was totally boring. I tried to finish this but gave up halfway. I wanted to love this series and I thought I would, given all the amazing reviews. But, this book was just disappointing.
WHOA...I don't know if I can wait patiently for another year or two for the next book! Hollow City is a better book than the first. This book is a series of little adventures as they run from danger and try to save a dear friend. The story was fast-paced and thrilling. I hated to put the book down. The ending...OH MY THAT ENDING! I can't wait to see what happens next! One thing about the pictures: they were charming in the first book-a clever idea. However, I found them tiresome this time around. I barely looked at them.
Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! This book is amazing. It picks up right where the last one left off and follows the peculiar children as they journey to find a way to save Miss Peregrin. The twists and turns in this story are amazing and Mr Riggs is definately a gifted storyteller. Book of the year, for sure.
