The first 70% of the book was great, after that was extremely difficult to read and not to hate Violet. She doesn’t have a personality and was always described by the same two things: her hair and her eyes. The secondary characters were a bit more down to earth but their contributions were so poor along the story that their personalities didn’t matter at all.
Although the fact that Reed helped his sister with figure skating was cute, it wasn’t necessary a whole performance in the middle of an important game. It is not realistic the that an athlete would throw away his whole effort and future career just for a girl he barely know, that doesn’t even work as a resource to emphasise how much he likes her.
Regarding Violet’s attitude, firstly she was this kind of “different girl” who doesn’t trust the rumours because she “knows” Reed Darling. Even though at the begging it was nice how she makes jokes about the stories strangers made up, at the end, she was like all the other students.

Violet que descubre en una fiesta que su novio la está engañando y por venganza y dejarle en claro a su ex que no tiene pensado volver con el, finge una relación con su rival (Hockey romance) Reed que parece una persona super mala pero es un pan de dios.

La verdad hasta el 95% me estaba encantando y le iba a poner 4.5 o 4.75 di me daban un buen epílogo (y también porque me entretuvo y me encantó y ni siquiera tuvo Spicy o siquiera más de DOS BESOS) pero con eso de que la BOLUDA DE VIOLET LE CREA AL EXNOVIO QUE LA CAGO, adjunto info (extraído pequeñas partes):

•"No quería creer lo que Jeremy me había dicho" Cuando la estúpida va a ver a Reed a un entrenamiento y se encuentra con el ex y le cuenta una historia y le cree, y en vez de ver que tenía que decir Reed o pedirle alguna explicación cuando la fue a ver (cabe decir que ella ese día le iba a confesar que lo quería) tiro todo le creyó al ex y ni siquiera se comunico o diálogo para saber su versión de la historia.

• "el razonamiento de Jeremy tenía demasiado sentido." sigo sin creer como pudo confiar ciegamente y sin ponerse a pensar que 'o es mi ex que no me deja en paz a pesar de que estoy de novia y que me cago, a y también estoy de novia con su rival, porque me mentiría para que me separe?'
• "No quería hablar de lo que Jeremy me había dicho con Grayson. Sólo lo negaría para proteger a su hermano." Cuando el hermano de Reed la fue a ver para decirle que su hermano esta destrozado (esta bien supongamos que fuera verdad lo que tu ex diga, porque el hermano que hablo tan poco con vos iba a tomarse el tiempo de ir a hablarte para que sepas, solo que sepas que su hermano la estaba pasando mal?).
• "Esta no era la historia que Jeremy me había contado." Esta me dio una bronca, Paige la va a ver (el día del partido importante) y te cuenta la verdadera historia y encima TE SORPRENDES?? (esta tipa posta que en el último 5% me dio una rabia) OBVIO QUE TE VA A MENTIR BOLUDA, OBVIO QUE NO IBA A DECIR LO QUE EN VERDAD PASO.
Y al final les cree y va al partido y agradezco que la tipa allá sido sensata y no allá dejado que Reed pierda el partido solo para demostrarle que es más importante (esto es solo mi odio hacia Violet, Reed hizo todo bien, tal vez si le contaba la historia se ahorraba un tiempo, o si LOS DOS SE COMUNICABAN pero entiendo que sino el libro iba a tener 200 paginas)...
