Don’t really remember anything out this book other than deciding not to read anything else by Louise Candlish. Pretty sure this was the second of her books that I’d read, and I didn’t like any of the characters or enjoy either story.

Long Lead Up
While this book certainly picked up towards the end, the lead in was torturous. If the start of the book was cut down about 60 pages (when it really caught my attention) it would have definitely been a 4 star book. The cover was definitely beautiful and the intriguing premise drew me in- but it's definitely not a thriller but a suburban family character study drama.

By the end of it you hate both the main characters and think they're fine with what they get.
Wow! This was a really great read. I really enjoyed the different points of view from Fiona & Bram, and the different mediums through which they told their versions of the story. Towards the end (last third of the book), I couldn’t put it down - I just needed to know how it would end!
