4 stars — This was a very sweet and quick read. No unnecessary drama and lots of great little moments between Quinn and Alessandra that were just so lovely. It managed to keep my interest even without a super involved plot; it was just a great, slow read that really made me believe and fall in love with their relationship.

Lawd. The Kingsley brothers are professional insta-lovers, and Quinn may have been the insta-est. I didn’t super connect with either of the leads, though I do believe their story had the most potential of the series. Just too fast for too little.

Kendall Ryan continues her Forbidden Desires series with Tempting Little Tease a sexy venture between the oldest Kinglsey brother Quinn and the gorgeous and lively Italian tutor who temps him like no other.

Quinn Kinglsey’s intention of learning Italian was to feel closer to his roots, he never intended to fall for his much younger substitute tutor, but he finds her interest and vivaciousness refreshing and intoxicating.

Despite the age difference, Alessandra is a spitfire more than capable of dealing with the older, confident and mature man. She is a strong, independent young woman whose dreams of living abroad are finally coming true in less than a month but finds the attraction between herself and Quinn equally exhilarating and inescapable. Will it be one last hurrah before she leaves or will their budding relationship be strong enough to overcome the distance?

Ryan is an expert at writing fun, sexy and easy to read stories that leave the reader smiling and Tempting Little Tease is no exception. The balance between the forbidden because of the age difference, the romance and relationship is spot on. The lightheartedness because of Quinn’s clumsy attempts at seducing Alessandra in Italian is endearing, the relationship is handled with maturity on both ends, the romantic grand gesture is swoony and the steam between them is sweltering hot.

I only with I’d gotten a bit more of these characters, including Quinn’s brothers and their significant others who we get updates on. I honestly thought Ryan would be wrapping up the series with the book, but fans will be delighted that with the ends which leaves the series open to at least one more installment.

Tempting Little Tease is book #4 of the Forbidden Desires series by Kendall Ryan. It is a standalone contemporary romance. Told from both points of view with a happily ending, no cliffhanger.

This bored me to tears and the hero wasn’t that great. I liked the idea of a an italian tutor falling for her “student” (they’re both of age;she’s 22 & he’s 38) but it didn’t hit the mark for me what so ever. I didn’t feel the chemistry at all and H’s who run “escort” companies aren’t necessarily my favorite to read about in romances.

OH was I ever so excited to see Quinn get his story. This one is passion right out of the gates with a romance that is so unexpected! Alessandra was a spit fire but in a soft way. She fights for what she wants. And even though there are obstacles in their way, their passion finds a way. Even with the age difference, they just meshed amazingly. Quinn fell hard for her and watching him crack under that hard exterior you saw in the prior books was brilliant to see!
Overall, Quinn is my favorite brother. A tough nut but amazing once broken a little. Alessandra was a beautifully written character that complimented the series amazingly. If you have read and enjoyed the prior books, you will love this one! It can be read as a standalone but who doesn’t want more Kingsley men in their lives?

4 Dolce Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟

This book was in a word sweet... and according to my vast knowledge of the Italian language(A.k.a. Siri)dolce means sweet in Italian..... not sure if it has the same meaning, maybe this is in reference to food? But I digress.....

this was a low angst instalove romance.... The only forbidden/taboo part of this was the 17 year age gap between Alessandra and Quinn.... The only problem I have with this is that I don’t believe a 22-year-old girl has enough life experience to commit herself to a 39-year-old man.... I have a son and daughter, 20 and 21, and I wouldn’t want either of them to get involved with somebody 17 years older than them... I just feel as though they would miss out on so many wonderful things you learn in your 20s... but that’s the mom in me.....

Alessandra and Quinn Meat when she becomes his Italian tutor.... Alessandra is about to head off to Italy a dream come true, she just has three more weeks in the US.... then she meets Quinn and falls for him immediately... SO Italy or the guy?

My favorite parts of this book involved Italy... I enjoyed all the Italian language references and Italy itself.... I did really like Alessandra I thought she had some drive and determination to get what she wanted... and I enjoyed her interactions with the kids she was nanny to.... Quinn on the other hand to be quite blunt was pretty boring... other than the fact he could speak Italian I really wasn’t all that impressed.... however, I do think he and Alessandra worked well as a couple..... and in the end I enjoyed this sweet simple romance that left me craving pasta.....

Recommend to romance lovers, if you don’t love romance this is not the book for you💕

This is a rough one for me because I loved the other two brothers’ books in the series, but this one just didn’t do it for me at all. I felt like I read a summary of a story versus an actual story.

The characterization was two dimensional. Neither character had any real depth to them, and their connection was insta-love to the extreme. Like within minutes, spouting their feelings. As with most Kendall Ryan books, the sex was insanely hot, but it ended there. I never felt anything between them, and I never wanted more. I was left uninvested.

The plot moves very quickly. I never had time to fall in love with them and believe in them as a couple. The conflict is expected, the resolution incredibly fast with little no obstacles. It felt like an overview. Plus, there was a random plot detail dropped that I expected to develop and nothing happened.

My disappointment really comes from my expectations. I was so excited for this book, for the third brother to get his HEA, and it just left me wanting more.
