I'm not going to lie. In all of the books in the Forbidden Desires series by author Kendall Ryan, it was Quinn Kingsley that caught my eye. Quinn, the eldest brother, Quinn the somewhat mysterious one that keeps things close to the vest, Quinn, the brother that doesn't have a revolving door of women at the ready. So, color me excited when TEMPTING LITTLE TEASE came along, the book that would finally give some insight into this man.
Now, let me begin by saying that, while I'm sure that love at virtually first sight exists, I'm not the biggest fan of insta-anything. You know, I like the build, the slow burn, the finessing of the relationship. But, this is Quinn. And because it's Quinn, and because Kendall Ryan saved the best for last, well, this story works just wonderfully for me.
When the disparity in age between Quinn and Alessandra was made clear, I'm pretty sure that my eyebrows reached my hairline. I mean, come on, Kendall, were you really going to play that card? But, the more I read, and the more I got to know both of these characters, well, it just worked. These two are truly an example of age only being a number, because they are just perfect for each other, and their story just made me happy.
It was a pleasure, as always, to see grumpy Gavin, snarky Cooper, and their lovely wives, because these brothers together are what make this series such a fun one. They are great foils for each other, and I really hope that we haven't seen the last of them. Kendall, if you're seeing this, take note. ;-)
TEMPTING LITTLE TEASE is a spontaneous, fun, full-of-life little read, and it more than earns an easy 4 stars. While you don't have to read these books in order, it helps to know the personalities at play, but TLT and the others can be read as standalones. With just the right mix of steam and sweetness, this is a book that belongs on romance TBRs. Grab it and divertiti!

Oh my heart, ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. I think Quinn is my new favorite Kingsley brother. I was intrigued with the oldest Kingsley brother since Book 1. He was so different from Gavin and Cooper. He was so serious but not so broody as Gavin. And after reading his story he was just as romantic as Cooper but not as overboard.
Alessandra was a breath of fresh air and even though she was 22 years old it didn’t seem like she was that much younger than Quinn who was 38. I loved that these two didn’t just focus on their age difference through out the entire book. Yes it was mentioned and brought up but then it turned into a beautiful relationship. I enjoyed reading how this tutor-student relationship bloomed.
Alessandra was the substitute Italian tutor of Quinn when they met. It was instant attraction but they didn’t move that quickly. They were intrigued with each other and it slowly blossomed. They helped each other out in different ways but their relationship was just so swoony and just right.
Apart from how he was with Alessandra, I loved how Quinn held his sisters-in-law on a pedestal. It was nice to read how he felt about his brothers wives. And the brothers oh boy they are still a handful.
This story had no drama which was refreshing. It only had a minor sad part but then it’s over with in no time. These two are so darn cute and support each other 100%. The epilogue thou has me thinking that there is more of these hot alpha brothers to come and we aren’t done reading about the Kingsley men and I seriously don’t have a problem with reading more, 😍.

I was excited for Quinn’s story because he was so closed off and you never got to know enough about him to find out what he was really like.I love the interaction between him and Alessandra, together they help each other break down their walls.

Alessandra has been waiting to go to Italy all her life and she is about to achieve her goal, just a couple of weeks and she will be there. What she isn’t expecting is to be taking over for another tutor who will be out for awhile and taking on his students. And when she meets Quinn she is not prepared for what happens next.
Quinn is known for his self control and never showing any emotions, but when Alessandra walks into his office, she will through him for a loop. And even though she doesn’t want to be attracted to him, she can’t help the pull she feels towards him.

Sweet and steamy! I loved this story. It was sexy and exactly what I was hoping for with this story. I have so been anticipating Quinn's story and I was definitely not disappointed. This series has been everything. I have found me fanning myself, sitting on the edge of my seat and biting my nails, swooning, and completely falling in love sometimes simultaneously. I cannot wait to see what's next. I definitely look forward to reading more from Kendall and hopefully more from this series.
