I keep reading these because years ago I thought they were well written and exciting... not anymore. Serial killers are tossed in for no reason and are given hardly any explanation. This just might be my last Alex Cross novel.

Excellent read. At long last Alex manages to take out his nemesis. There was just the one enigma - why bring Ali's mum in to it and then nothing else happens? Was this just to add an extra few chapters? Seemed pointless to me!

Another great addation to the Alex Cross series and I liked the way this one ended. It wasn't with a cliff hanger that left you needing to read the next but more of a slight hint that something might be coming for Alex and his family.

This one felt a little too easily wrapped up for me.

Good but not great addition to the Alex Cross saga.
