In my opinion, Marlene and Zennek's story has to be the funniest yet. I will say that the audiobook could be harsh to listen to at times, but only because the narrators did such a great job of evoking Marlene's French accent. She's forward and confident in all the ways all women should be when it comes to their sexuality. Her strongly held belief that her Maman is always with her hit close to home and made me feel good about my feelings of my own Mom. Love! Recommend!

After reading Arianna's story, it was nice to see Marlene's. I like how she sees hearts everywhere, it's a very sweet way for her to read good omens. I'm starting to see a trend with the "flashback" being the middle section of the book which is fine. I just wish they had done it in a more creative way. I'm glad we are going back and getting some of the original girls' stories but I do wish we could have seen some of them earlier in the series instead of just now bouncing back to them.
