• I think Jacks is my new favorite character!
• Started to like Scarlett and Tella more in this book.
• I'm a bit disappointed that this book didn't have the magical vibes of caraval like the first one did 😕 it kinda felt irrelevant to the plot.
• There are still some unanswered questions about the fates and Jacks.

This book. My god, this book 
First up last word of page 261. Don’t look at it if you have not read the book but IYKYK. Like excuse me. 
It took me a bit to get into the story but that’s due to having a crazy busy life but once I had a chance to sit down and read a good chunk, it sucked me in big time. 
Ahhh Dante is just the right amount of sexy and mysterious and Tella is the right amount of stubborn and determined. 
I did find that there was some plot holes, mainly with Dante’s past, but not big enough to take away from the story or plot.
