I hated it, I felt like it was more driven on excuses for his
rape
than it was about the plot. She seemed like a badass but turned out to be a kitten(weak but would hiss then immediately back down). The plot was an amazing Idea- but it wasn’t executed in the best way. She definitely has that (i think it’s called) shorlockhomes  disease? That or she’s just delulu. <- adding to that He would make a choice for her and she would be so convinced she made it.

I get that it’s a dark romance, but you can have dark romance without every smut seen being rape.

i might come back to it, it’s a series but it can be a stand alone it’s like the 4th in the series tho. I don’t like those, but the other ones seem boring. ML is obsessed with Mafia Princess but he can’t date her bc he’s rival mafia boss, so he learns everything about her through stalking and makes a replica of her room in his house where he puts her after he kidnaps her. it’s interesting, i started it bc i saw a tiktok but it’s long and i don’t want to invest that much time in this right now. maybe later tho.
