A FMC that’s a Cupid, previous life was a human. But after death, she chooses to assign herself as a Cupid. Doing Cupid’s work in the human world for a while, until she was whooshed away to work in the world of Fae. That’s where things get started for her. This novel is basically fun to read: I love the witty of the FMC and the writing was just so enjoyable to read. Though, I have to give you a heads up (or as Evert would say, “depends on which heads you’re talking about *wink*) this novel is a reverse harem. Yes, you read that right. REVERSE HAREM. You’re surrounded with pretty men. Surprisingly, there’s not much spice aside from the spicy talk between the FMC and the character, Evert. Other than that, everything was tame. I would probably read the second book.

The banter between the characters was TOP TIER 🥰 I love Emelle so much, she's hilarious and fits so well within the group of guys and each MMC has their own distinct personality and charm.

Very good read. Light and funny with the perfect amount of heart string pulling. Exactly what I'd expect from a book about a cupid! Love this author. Her writing vibe always hits my soul just right. Her books are my happy place and I could read them over and over. This one was no exception and I highly recommend!

i had no clue what i was picking up, except that my friend loved it. i didnt even bother with the synopsis & went in completely blind. first 50 pages were a bit slow & then it picked up drastically, the plot sucking me in; i couldn’t put it down! on to the next & acting like i don’t have three other books opened 🤪

I haven't laughed this much while reading a book as I did with this one in a very long time. I highlighted and noted a bunch of things, which I never do.

Who knew being a cupid would have so many rules and rankings and sort of a police office or whatever. Quotas to fill or what have you? Giving love, and such and never getting anything in return for yourself would definitely be sucky and I probably wouldn,t be able to deal.

I loved Emelle and Ronak, Evert and Sylred and fun to read. Especially Evert. The flirting and everything.

If I had had enough time, I probably would have reasd this in one day. Maybe two max but real life obliges. It was a really fun and fast read and I cannot wait to continue to read Emelle's adventures in the fae realm!!
