I didn't enjoy this one as much as the others. Isn't that always the way with trilogies? Even so, this series was way better than I thought it would be.

Started to feel like the same thing over and over again. Didn’t finish the rest of the series.

i didn’t like this as much as the first two books, but i see what he was trying to do. it had the potential to be awesome, and maybe it felt even more “special” upon its release, but today it feels a little harsh, silly, and maybe incomplete. i want more tally, more shay, and more acknowledgement of the absolute devastation of a certain character’s fate. still, i enjoyed reading it immensely, i just wasn’t able to breeze through it in 2 days like the first novels
Graphic: Self harm

more like 3.5, i'm feeling generous. however if i ever hear the words 'bogus' or 'bubbly' or a name ending in -la or -wa again i'm turning this rating into a 0 i'm not kidding.

I am incredibly disappointed in this book. While I may not be the biggest fan of this series I enjoyed them enough to want to continue, this book though killed any drive I had left towards this series.
I've tried to read this book multiple time, each time failing miserably, and I have finally reached my wits end. I am clearly just never suppose to know what happens in these books. Frankly I'm at the point where I don't really care and I've come to except that I just can't get through this book.
Honestly this story was begin to rub me the wrong way, it was making me uncomfortable(and not in the way that compelled me to read on). The characters were driving me insane, and it seemed each book was just repeating themselves but with a different "pretty" stage.
All in all I'm kind sad I wasn't able to push through, but I have more books that I know I'll enjoy that I'd rather spend my time on. Maybe if I had read these when I was younger when everyone else seemed to reading them I would have enjoyed them immensely more, but that is life and just my luck.
Goodbye Uglies series, we had a good run.
