Absolutely amazing concept for this book, i love that it is sort of a meta analysis of the cozy mystery genre. I loved the book within the book and found both stories captivating. The only issue i had was that i really disliked the main narrator. I guess that’s kind of the point… life isn’t always like the books, etc, but she just bugged me throughout the whole story. Regardless, this is a major page turner and a super fun read.

A whole school of red herrings!!! A perfect summer read that I never wanted to put down, but, alas had to because of minor inconveniences such as “work” and “sleep.”

This just did not click with me.
lighthearted mysterious medium-paced

Relaxing and enjoyable

Loved this. Two whodunnits for the price of one!

Twisty murder within a murder. Clever and well written.

4 stars for the first half, 2 for the second.

Agatha Christie with a twist. I really enjoyed this.

3.5* - most of the novel is a great, fun mystery - I was expecting amazing twists and a cool reveal but the payoff was a real letdown

I had to give this 5 stars because you get book inside the book! So really, two mysteries! It was actually well done. Loved it.
