I don't know how representative the selection of stories is, but this was a fun read. The stories tend to involve them facing each other (usually because of some sort of mind control) rather than teaming up together - and when they team up in these stories they're always in the middle of a lover's tiff. Er, sorry, but the slash in the title of this collection seems to be there for a reason. (Whatever made James Robinson write lines like Captain America. Steve. I look at your handsome face...into your clear azure eyes... and, as ever, I feel the same guilty envy.? I'm not sure I even want to know.)

In any case, the stories are mostly about conflicts between Iron Man and Captain America (pre-Civil War, obviously), and while none are exceptional masterpieces, I had a good time reading them. I'm not too sure about the pricing - 19.99 instead of 24.99 would have felt more adequate in this case, especially since the covers of some of Marvel's trade paperbacks seem to have the unfortunate tendency to bend by themselves a little too much. But I have no regrets.

I love Ironman and Captain America I always felt like their dynamic was the perfect love-hate relationship. I think in all fairness IRon Man could beat Cap but due to the fact if drama it will always be a tie. I can't wait to see more of their competition and teaming up in the future.

The content would make you think Marvel knew what the slash in the title meant to a portion of their audience.
