Once I started reading this book I couldn’t put it down. I was hooked on this book that by the time I realized how late it was. I only got maybe 4 hours of sleep before work that’s how good the book was. This is a fairytale retelling like no other. It's dark, Kink, and had a few twists I didn't see coming. It did have kink I wasn’t comfortable reading about but other than that I really like it.
This was my first time reading from this author now I have to go check out her other books

I absolutely loved this book.
I love the fairytale details put into this story, from names to phrases. Like Sebastian saying “kiss the girl”.
This is a dark retelling of Little Mermaid and it was everything.
The spice in this is so hot and I love when a kink that’s not used often is brought in. This one being hucow, or milking… though I will say it was done a bit differently than I’m used to, and that’s okay! It was still really hot.
The angst, heat, anger, and hurt between the two main characters was so good. So while this has a lot of really great spice, it has plot too.
