Once you get over the BBC accents of the supposed Soviets, this is a wild and crazy romp. Colin Baker is at his best as the Sixth Doctor should have been as he matches wits with spies, Soviet space bureaucrats, a mysterious alien presence and... spoilers. Let's just say I gave my dog an extra treat in the third act 8)
