I have to admit, there's something addicting about Tammara's books and her characters. If you loved the first book, honestly its not hard to love this book as well.

One thing that I really enjoyed about this book included Graham's and Brooke's perspective. It was hard to believe that there was more to love about Graham, but I was wrong. And lets all be honest, Brooke is a bitch and she deserves everything she gets.

This book is like candy, its sweet, it makes you feel good, and it doesn't last too long. I'm interested to even see what the final book will entail.

This was better than the first book...but it just ends with the love story that matters! So overall, this series is terrible!

Amazing, awesome, wonderful....... Perfectly depicted characters, the shrewd insight into the people's psychology and behavior, good ending and inimitable style of writing! I still feel a wonderful aftertaste of this book and I feel like reading and enjoying it over and over again!
I highly recommend both the first book "Between the lines" and "Where you are", and looking forward to the third book!

Graham and Emma...Before I even read this, I knew they had something strong enough to withstand anything. They give me hope that I'll one day be able to have that intense passion when I'm with someone I love. If only Graham was real...

I loved that Graham's and Brooke's point of views were added into this. It really helped to better understand Graham's feelings for Emma and it made me fall more in love with him as a character. Brooke made me so furious but she was also a great portrayal of a "sympathetic villain." There were moments when you saw that she can lead towards being a decent human being, even if she always decides not to be. I was really proud of Reid by the end of this. I always firmly believed that there was more to him because there's always more to someone than we think. He really showed that he could be more than what people saw him as, even before Emma professed her belief in him.

What I think is that Reid and Brooke are perfect for each other. They both try to be more of a person that they know they can't successfully be--someone who is completely guarded and self-aware. They need to realize that how they were when they were younger was them being their actual selves. They sounded really free and in love. I'm hoping that their love is rediscovered in the next novel. *fingers crossed* If not, then I at least hope they truly "find themselves." Guess I need to get the next book now and find out! :)

Also, a couple I'm leaning towards loving more than Emma and Graham is Emily and Derek. They're so different but yet so perfect for each other and I just love that. I remember reading about the time where Emily wasn't sure that it would work out with Derek but in the end, she couldn't deny that they belonged together. I would REALLY love to read a companion novel based on their love. Pretty please, Tammara?

Favorite Quotes:

"I suppose love is never a sure thing, no matter what words are spoken. Love requires a leap of faith into the abyss, every time." -Graham's thoughts

"A truth learned from four years of literary study: nothing beats an antagonist for character-building." -Graham's thoughts

"Love is just the name of an emotion. It's 'like' on steroids. It's 'lust' with ethics. And emotions--fear, hate, whatever--come and go." -Reid's thoughts

Enjoyed Where You Are much more than Between The Lines! I think it is directly related to how much we get to be inside Graham's head. Next to Emma he's my favorite character in the series. (They are freaking adorable) Their struggle in starting a new relationship while being thousands of miles away from each other was intriguing. That conflict definitely paid off in the end.

Also, the pieces we discover about Reid and Brooke's past together go a long way in shedding light on why they are the way they are. To be honest, I warmed up to Reid a lot because of everything we find out.

[Review originally published on Rather Be Reading!]

I fell in love with Emma, Graham, Reid, and Brooke in Between the Lines, the first book in this trilogy. These four characters were actors in the modern day re-make of Pride and Prejudice. Emma was a newbie to the film industry and got swept up in Reid’s gorgeous looks and his ability to always say the right thing. I rooted for the boy who became Emma’s friend, Graham; he was the one she talked to, ran with, watched movies and listened to music with. Emma realized how manipulative Reid was and reunited, unexpectedly, with Graham in NYC. (Disclaimer: I didn’t realize this was a whole series, hence why I’m behind on reading it. I had made up my own little story for what happened with Graham and Emma after their chance encounter.)

Where You Are picks up right where Between the Lines left off. A pretty big secret was revealed at the end of book one, so Emma and Graham have a lot of feelings to resolve and things to work through. Emma is back in California since the filming is over for their movie and Graham is living in NYC. They decide to pursue a relationship, vowing the Skype, call, and text as much as possible. It proves more difficult than anticipated for them to have a long-distance relationship. They count down the days until they can reunite at promotional interviews and tours for the release of the movie.

As if natural complications weren’t enough, Webber throws in a great big helping of Reid and Brooke and their scheming ways. Reid decides he wants Emma back; he wants to change his ways and clean up his act for her. Brooke discovers her long-time friendship with Graham isn’t enough for her – she wants him to herself. Despite Reid and Brooke’s intense history and the fact they barely utter two words to each other, they decide to pair up to seduce and deceive Emma and Graham. Where You Are alternates between the four character’s perspectives; at times I knew what was coming for Emma and Graham and my stomach ached because I knew things were about to go from good to terrible. Brooke was the main mastermind behind all the drama, and wow, did she know a thing or two about strategizing.

I often found myself incredibly frustrated with Reid and Brooke. They needed to back off so Emma and Graham could have a fighting chance at making it. I suppose I learned a lot about myself while reading this book – it would be hard to earn redemption if you betrayed me. Perhaps I would have felt differently if either Reid or Brooke seemed to have changed or grown. Brooke wanted what wasn’t hers, and I never felt fully convinced that she or Reid would be completely committed to Graham or Emma if they were in relationships. It seemed like these two movie stars were butt hurt because they weren’t easily given what they wanted.

Reconnecting with these characters was definitely a treat. If you enjoyed Between the Lines and want more of their story, continue on with Where You Are. These books are only available for download (and for a great price – $2.99!).

While I just thought the first book was okay, the promise of this book being about Graham and Emma made me want to read it. I loved the Graham/Emma relationship parts. Loved them together, they were perfect. Brookes whole plan to tear them apart was ridiculous and stupid - I mean if you really if you think he is in love with her just separating them is not going to mean he will be with you. Maybe a quick rebound one night stand, but nothing else. Plus I guess they didn't think Graham and Emma talked at all as most of the things were quickly cleared up/told the other person about before it even became an issue. I was super happy at the end though - especially how Brooke ended up. So even though Brooke's part annoyed me, Graham/Emma I loved so much I didn't care.
