There were a lot of uncomfortable racial/ethnic stereotypes that were made the butt of a joke. It was really just uncomfortable. Normally terry Pratchett is really progressive, but probably just give this one a miss

Returning to Rincewind and his many escapades always reminds me of how much I enjoy this particular character. I find myself identifying with him on so many levels, not least with his love of potatoes.
