I loved reading Mac and Taylor’s story. These two have some serious issues that need to be worked out and resolved before they are able to move on with their lives but that does not stop them from trying to be together.

Maclain Stone always prided himself on being the consummate neurosurgeon, always in control and always right. That is until Taylor Matthews throws him for a loop and knocks him off kilter. When the two connect sparks fly, but can two people who have so much emotional baggage let themselves believe that love is real? Or will the fire burn out once obstacles get in the way? With beautifully written characters and a storyline that had me locked in from the opening pages this book should not be missed. The entire series keeps getting better and better with characters the reader cannot help but fall in love with.

No White Knight is book number 8 in the Secrets of Stone Series by Angel Payne & Victoria Blue. This Mac and Taylor’s story and I loved it!! The story had me turning pages quickly but not wanting it to end!!

This book rocked. Angel and Victoria are freaking amazing geniuses who write such addicting books that keep you at the edge of your seat right from the first page.
Loved the book and was completely hooked by Mac and Taylor's story and their smoking hot chemistry. Can't wait for the next installment which I need right about now!!!!

Woah. Hot dang... this book was incredible! So much drama, so much heat! Gah!! 5-I-Wish-I-Could-Rate-It-Higher-Stars!
I completely adore Mac and Taylor!
Taylor and Mac meet when Taylor’s friend goes into surgery, she’s very stand offish and a little sarcastic towards him in the beginning, almost as though it’s a way of not getting too close to someone. But as the story thickens, they get closer, the chemistry between them deepens, and oh my god! So so hot that I could feel the heat melting my kindle as I read on!
Taylor is a strong headed independent woman who refuses to ask for help, who seems like she’s always doing things for everyone else but herself!
Mac wants nothing more than to help her in any way he can, to show her that he’s the man for her and the man she needs, Mac has his own drama going on throughout the book too, and both characters can somewhat relate to each others issues.
Together Mac and Taylor are fireworks, extremely hot sex, a whole lot of chemistry, and a lot of drama! This love story isn’t like anything I’ve read before. It’s not your typical romance, it’s so much more! but will he be able to open her eyes? Will she let her guard down?
I was not expecting this storyline whatsoever and I’m so glad it was everything but what I thought!
Angel and Victoria are a force to be reckoned with! I couldn’t think of a better duo to be writing an incredible series like this. They write well together, the story is extremely well written and laid out perfectly. They hit a home run!!

I wish I could give it 6 stars! This is one of my favorite series, with Mac and Taylor being one of the best couples so far! They both have issues, but their chemistry is undeniable. If you enjoy drama, heat and romance - this is definitely a must-read!
