Listened to the audiobook - interesting memoir, read by the author. Enjoyed this one! Some interesting stories involving John F. Kennedy JR, the making of the Outsiders, and Westwing. A lot of stories I did not know about Rob Lowe.

Listened to the audiobook for this one. Rob Lowe is a fantastic orator. Many great stories to tell from a life well lived in the film and television industries.

Well I guess I can consider myself a friend of Rob Lowe, now that I've read this memoir LOL. He narrates his own story and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to him tell of his successes and failures. A lot of name dropping but that's to be expected of someone who is an actor. If your neighbours are the Sheens, you're going to have stories to tell! Partying hard and drinking heavily, life in the limelight at such a young age took it's toll but he has been sober since 1990 and he has had a solid career with the usual ups and downs. He released another memoir a couple of years after this one and I'll be listening to that sometime in the future. I never watched The West Wing but I might try to find that along with other movies he's starred in. Recommended listening/reading.

Turns out, I'm not a huge fan of Rob Lowe. And where are the Parks & Rec stories?
