I follow the author on Instagram, and when she announced that she was publishing a book, I bought it. No questions asked, and no plot read. I enjoy her comedy reels, and I thought the book was going to bring more of those. I wasn't expecting a biography. It was nice getting to know more about her and finding out that a lot of the things she said are relatable.

This was an okay read, but I wouldn't recommend it to someone. All of the quotes on the cover said something about it being hilarious which I did not find, mostly because it was millennial humour, but I can see how it would be funny to some people. I thought this book was going to be more about how to deal with anxiety and an overactive brain, but instead was more of Morris sharing personal embarrassing anecdotes of things that have happened to her. Although some parts I could relate to, most of the book felt like it was random stories compiled as enough sustenance to make a book.
