This is a feelgood monster romance with spice - perfect to spend an afternoon.
The story follows Rose, a reluctant witch who works at the titular Monster Manor among supernaturals of all kinds. She has to decide whether to train her magic or whether to return to the human world. Simple enough set-up, and of course there are love interests (plural, we love a good supernatural trio). I mainly kept reading because I wanted to see how the logistics between Silas and Rose would work (and they do!), and of course to enjoy a lovingly comfortable HEA.
The book has a variety of beings and spins a story that makes sense and doesnt have any particularly annoying tropes. Love the spicy scenes, love the slight kink,and love the ghost sex!
If this story were a drink it would be a good spicy tea that is strong enough to make your whole house smell like winter.
