Personally, I really missed the spice.(we're dealing with a fade to black and pg13 vocabulary).
It was still a sweet romance book and I liked that we were introduced to a lot of different characters with the story not only being about 'the couple' but I think even a little spice added could have made me ship them more...

Come for the Cinderella remix minus the domestic abuse, stay for the body positivity and comforting tidbits about creative block. The cartoon mice as 5- or 6-year-old human triplets almost ruined it for me, but luckily they play a very small part.

I listened to the audio book and couldn’t stop. I’ve never been a fan of  The Batchelor or Bachelorette shows but I loved this book and that is what it was is about—finding love on a reality TV show. But it’s also so so much more than that!

I loved the characters and loved to hate one in particular. Happy to have a career driven, fat protagonist who was not afraid to exist and speak up for herself; as well as all the LGBTQIA+ and POC characters.

This book ticked so many boxes—sweet, romantic, funny, tearjerking, and heartwarming, with a couple of twists and turns along the way. I absolutely loved it!

I like the take on a Cinderella retelling. I was surprised to see how things were between them as a family. I'm glad Cindy is a plus size character who radiates confidence in her body.  She isn't ashamed and is aware of her figure.
